Andy Goldsworthy's sculpture "Striding Arches" at the top of Benbrack on the

Made from local sandstone the arches are free standing with no mortar or metal work to hold them together.

There are supposed to be two more visible on nearby hills but not today!

I made a video on how I bent this Fallible Luv thing I have been wanting to make for so long. It's nice an bright, and I bent it with my own fallible human hands.

I used to think human fallibility was a negative way of looking at the world, but now I think it's a good thing. Rationality is sometimes boring.

Hey this tube has no neon in it- just Argon gas and a drop of mercury :). I did use neon electrodes though- so I guess that makes it neon

I got my WebLink transformer backpack PCBs a few days ago. I soldered em up and by golly they work!

Well, full disclosure, I did mess up (as I knew my fallible self would) I stuck the 5V to the 3volt pin and not the VUSB pin and I didn't put a diode in. Ripping an SMD diode off of a piece of e-waste and slapping it between 3v and VUSB pins solved the issue :)

I will make a peertube video soon on this one- till then I will be messing with esp32 blinky sketches. I got it working with my home assistant... But I dream of making a web packet monitor to neon brightness dimmer - more traffic on the network would make a brighter tube.
Totally willing to trade a piece of neon with web blink transformer to anyone who can help me figure this out.

More illicit device PCBs on the way. Next in line is a mouse riding a Clydesdale that switches AC voltages using TRIACs for a web blinking SSR

So, I've finally started sculpting a first little project in Nomad Sculpt on iPad, to get acquainted with it.

I'm using a 12.9 inch 2nd-generation iPad Pro from 2017, and so far, things are working smoothly.

On a side note, my iPad isn't suitable for the recently released ZBrush for iPad, so that's a +1 for Nomad.
