Hi there. I know I've been away for a while. Life has been getting in the way of creating but I'm slowly getting back to it. Due to the move my studio isn't set up yet, so I decided to try something a little different - foam clay. Not sure what I think of it yet, but thought I'd give you an update anyway.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make the show- I escaped for Pilchuck Glass School- however you can go there in downtown Brooklyn and press that red button! The top life priorities spin around with the bottom business priorities. All in Italian glass neon bent by your's truly super wholesale style! The entire thing is packaged in plastique with choice big tech logos CNC'd into the side. We built it just like we make the ads for the fancy Manhattan stores - but with way more love :)
My flip digit and interaction is currently a little kludgey. So there may be a digit not firing properly and/ or some animation freezes. Enjoy seeing which art and business combos you land on when pressing that red pause button. Try as you night- you will never stop the time(r)!

It took Michelangelo four years to paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel the same length of time for Brendan Penzer to collect enough cans to create his own masterpiece.
The Knife Angel is a contemporary sculpture formed of 100,000 knives, created by artist Alfie Bradley in order to highlight knife crime in the United Kingdom and educate young people on the harmful effect that violent behaviour can have on their communities. Some of the knives are from police amnesties.
Standing at 8.2m, it has toured around various UK locations. Currently (June 2024) in Keel Square, Sunderland.
I love the carvings set into the pavement of Langlands Road in Govan. Created by the artist Kate Robinson, they're part of The Govan Timeline, a pictorial history of the local area. This is one of my favourites, featuring what I presume is the now-lost Fairfields Titan crane and the hull of a ship.

Details of the relief sculptures at the top of the 'Tower of the Winds' of the former Prince's Dock Hydraulic Pumping Station in Glasgow. Believe it or not, this isn't the only copy of this ancient Greek building in Glasgow. There'a another on the cupola the top of the old Athenaeum Theatre on Buchanan Street.

It's time, I have my Lamb Sculpt ready and painted (It was ready earlier but I am a little chaotic with social media). It began like a experiment, a project to develop a figure through sculpting, preparing the files, printing on a FDM printer, sanding, priming and finally painting (I also had to learn a little of Darktable to adjust the photos).
