A little hippo modeling update
Installed my last perpetual license version of ZBrush and gave the rocks more detail in there.
Modeling is ready now. I'll add Blender Cycles materials and lighting tomorrow for a nice new rendering.
From the 2010 Sao Paolo Biennial. I don't remember the artist.This is the Ruthven Lane Cat in the west end of Glasgow. It's high on a wall on the back of an old tenement building, and it really doesn't look like it belongs there. It's a bit of a mystery as to who put it there, and why.

I linger before the stone angel, whose bowed figure touches my soul. His sorrow becomes tangible in the cold stone. My fingers wish to stroke the curved wings, offering comfort where none seems possible. In his timeless grief, I find a strange peace. He watches over the past, while I merely pause on my journey to preserve his silent story.An experiment with hand stitched applique... (very much a work in progress!)

Beautifully sculpted green men on the obelisk sundial in King's Park on the Southside of Glasgow. This is one of three Victorian replicas of the 1635 Mannerist sundial at Newbattle Abbey House in Midlothian.

Bon samedi vous! Je pensais avoir termin mon stock mais il semble que non. Voici mon tout premier bouquet improbable. Il fait partie de ma collection personnelle. Jeune j'aimais avoir des fleurs fraches la maison. J'en achetais rgulirement. Maintenant j'ai ce bouquet ternel : magnolia, lotus, gerbera, lilas et lys, le tout mont sur une jolie ardoise.

Durant ce temps de rnovation/restauration, je ne serais pas surpris que sur le contreplaqu figure des photos grandeur nature de l'uvre sur les quatre cts.

Minor hippo modeling update
Sculpted some grass detail in Blender Sculpt Mode. Placing brush strokes has a calming, meditative effect. Recommended.
