I love this sculpted road sign on a tenement on Minard Road in the Shawlands area of Glasgow. You often see such relief sculptures on red sandstone tenements built around 1900, but this is the most intricate one I've come across so far.

Father Clyde on a keystone on John Gibson's 1840s National Bank of Scotland Building (which is now Langside Hall). I particularly like the detail of the fish with rings in their mouths on his headress.

One of the sculptures in the Scottish Poetry Rose Garden in Queen's Park on the Southside of Glasgow. Opened in 2003, it celebrates the poets and poetry of Scotland written in English, Scots and Gaelic.

A trio.
This gentleman is the Reverend William Auld, minister of Tollcross United Presbyterian Church in Glasgow from 1833 until his death in 1885. This image of him can be found on his gravestone in Tollcross Cemetery.
Such portrait medallions often appeared on Victorian gravestones, but few remain in place as over the years many of them have been stolen.
