Nomad Sculpt modeling update

I just love that Tube tool, it's super-useful and user-friendly.

Started creating something in Nomad Sculpt again, anticipating the release of the desktop version.

The Tube tool is very powerful, allowing you to intricately define a spline profile.

I love this keystone sculpture above one of the entrances to the former meat and cattle market at Graham Square in Glasgow. The market was originally designed by John Carrick and was built in the 1860s and 70s.

Showcasing sculpture from around the world. Very abstract in on the bridge over I-676 (17th and Vine). It is of Benjamin Franklin and called "Big Ben", and was installed in 1992.
If you look closely, the sculpture is of Ben Franklin's head (and glasses) atop the four blue pillars. Lightning bolts are also mounted atop red pillars.

Description from the plaque: A male figure dressed in a bathing suit stands in the middle of a triangular-shaped pool while three figures are balanced above him. His head is raised and in his arms he holds a female figure up in front of his face. The female figure has long hair and holds a globe up with her proper right hand. A male and a female figure hang over the edge of the ledge and reach down toward the female held by the standing male figure.

The Mathematician. Situated on the former Buchanan Institute for Destitute Children on Greenhead Street in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow, it was created in 1874. The sculptor, William Brodie, was also responsible for one of Scotland's most famous statues, that of GreyFriars Bobby on the George IV Bridge in Edinburgh.

More on the sculpture: Mississippi isnt exactly overflowing with public artPrague spoiled us with its abundance. Yet on the rare occasions we do encounter sculpture here, its a small delight. This stork, carved into a dead tree in Bay St. Louis, commemorates Hurricane Katrina, which made landfall here 20 years ago this week.

It's sometimes tempting to think of Alexander 'Greek' Thomson as quite staid and Victorian in his designs, in contrast to the like of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Glasgow Style which replaced the Classical style buildings of Thomson's era. Then you visit Holmwood House in Glasgow and see design elements like this curvaceous and minimalist pillaster, and you can start to understand how incorrect this view is.

Almost posted all my Bucharest pics. We ended our trip at the National Museum of Contemporary Art. A lot of their collection is controversial, having been created during, and sometimes paid for by, the Ceauescu regime. Instead of exhibiting, they recreated part of their archive in the gallery, allowing visitors to see the collection without curation and make their own judgments.

Examination video

This unit was boxed by the field crew. Discovery was fixed by triangulating the center point of a circular zone containing only dead mammals. It was still broadcasting on broad spectrum synapse frequencies. Usually a used as a kill all measure of desperation, 319J has continuously kept a dead zone since the Conflict.

The Institute will reflash the unit. Its broadcast capabilities will help supplement our field expeditions.
