Sculpture Here's a few more pieces I made. You'll start to notice a pattern, I've been making a lot of finger monsters for quite a while, lol. The last one in the post was just a quick guy I threw together when I didn't have a lot of time, decided to test out some glazes. And the one that's like a flower pot, except fingers, that one didn't turn out how I planned at all, but I still like it.

Hopped on a cruise ship for the weekend to Belgium. We're docked in Zeebrugge today, somewhere we've been many times when visiting Bruges, Ghent, or Blankenberge. Today, to be different, we took the tram to Knokke for a look around. Warm, windy, one torrential downpour, and lots of art around this seaside town. Currently enjoying a Belgian ale in the sun before we head back to the ship and home tomorrow.

Bon dbut de semaine tout le monde,

J'ai termin mon Allgresse. Quand je cre une pice, j'ai besoin de vivre avec quelques semaines avant de la terminer. C'est comme a que j'identifie ce qui fonctionne moins.

J'ai mis une base solide, cleanup fait, appos ma signature, peint l'intrieur en noir et l'extrieur avec un clear.

Chicago Kiss

In September and October the local botanical gardens put on a luminary art show to raise funds with art displays by different artists. The show happens after dark but daytime visitors get to see the displays although without the true luminary effects. The woodland area has a display of aluminum and neon mantis sculptures throughout which I had fun getting shots of to share. In the daytime they almost look like they are trying to hide, blending in with the greenery. (A sign identifying the artist and a brief description follows in the thread.)

I love these metal relief sculptures of fish on the fence of a modern tenement-style building on Cumberland Street in the Gorbals area of Glasgow. They feature a trout or salmon (top left), a stickleback (top right), a grayling (bottom left) and a pike (bottom right).

Familiar Things, Strange Forms: Surreal Sculptures by Maskull Lasserre

Aprs 11 jours de travail bien tasss, ma main droite.

Elle n'est pas termine mais je prends une pause ici. Niveau de difficult : intense et trs difficile, pour moi etk.

Me reste:
-le dos de la main finir
-refaire l'ongle de l'index,
-rapprocher l'auriculaire de l'annulaire.
-raccourcir la phalange distale sur l'auriculaire
-finir la manucure.
-p tre faire un bout de poignet...
