I love this little bat on the Sandyford Henderson Memorial Church on Kelvinhaugh Street in Glasgow. I wonder how many people have walked past this church in the 170 years since it was built and haven't noticed the bat nestled into the overhang beside one of the doors.

Most shapes made in the Goxel voxel editor, using triangular Marching Cubes rounding. Then ported to Blender for refinements and rendering with EEVEE.

The first time I saw dragonflies in Korea was on Namsan. Huge insects swarmed above me in a cloudy sky, their wings beating delicate tattoos into the air. This species, Ischnura senegalensis Rambur, is usually seen in more tropical climates - its bewitching presence above me a stark reminder of climate change.
Dragonflies can move each wing independently, making them astounding aerial acrobats.

Playing around with Marching Cubes, a triangular voxel rounding method.
I'm doing this in the Goxel editor, because Goxel also triangulates faces of voxels in coplanar areas, while MagicaVoxel keeps those faces square.
