Poseidon and Amphitrite looking out over West George Street in Glasgow from the 5th floor of the 1899 Ocean Chambers. I love that golden trident which Amphitrite is holding.
The former Junior Conservative Club on West George Street in central Glasgow. It was designed by David Bryce and was built in the 1860s. For me, one of the most impressive features of this building is the row of keystone heads above the ground floor windows. Unfortunately, a number a number of these have been lost due to alternations to its Renfield Street facade.

I'm not sure sculpture will ever be my favorite art genre, but as I've been trying to get myself more experience and exposure to it, I am recognizing more aspects that I like. Today's example is from the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and is by a sculptor whose experience spans almost the entire 20th century and into the 21st. I'm always drawn to this unusual sculpture in the Spree river in Berlin. Here I noticed how the line of trees led up nicely to the sculpture and sort of mirrored the holey-ness.
