Allegorical figures of Commerce and Plenty on either side of the Royal Coat of Arms sculpted by John Thomas above the entrance to Langside Halls in Glasgow. Designed by John Gibson, the halls were originally built as a bank on Queen Street in Central Glasgow before being moved to its current location 1901.

Refreshing Moments En 2018, La ligne ouverte dmarrait son premier projet sous limpulsion et la direction de Shabnam Rahimian. Elle dveloppa une rsidence avec lartiste iranien Ali Honarvar et lartiste franais Antonin Jousse Thran, produit et accueillie par le TADAEX festival, un des plus grand festival dart numrique du Moyen Orient.
Le rsultat ft linstallation interactive Digital Realities #1 montre au TADAEX festival en novembre 2018.

In 2018, La ligne ouverte launched its first project under the initiative and direction of Shabnam Rahimian. She developed a residency with Iranian artist Ali Honarvar and French artist Antonin Jousse in Tehran, produced and hosted by the TADAEX festival, one of the most important digital art festival in the Middle East.
The result was the interactive installation Digital Realities #1 shown at the TADAEX festival in November 2018.

Fifth figure sculpt session, just one more week with Theresa.
I got her head and neck back to size and orientation and it took a lot of drastic work. But that helped me also drastically revisit shoulders, and then ribs.
Lenny and Augie both gave me advice and also drew on or resculpted things to show me their process and thoughts. Was good solicited and unsolicited advice. We all agreed the armature brace is fucked up but I didnt have the heart to cut everything up to fix it. Live and learn.
Next week Ill handle lower legs and feet and do my best on a quick portrait

NEW WORK Just finished some new blocks. These three were a surprising group driven entirely by pattern.
I love drawing on and working with blocks. Heres another configuration. Working with new groupings and ways to display. Heres one of the arrangements on a little shelf. They can be stacked on a wall mounted shelf or any horizontal surface.
The longest side is 3 inches.

Colorado Judicial Center Sculptor Madeline Wiener:
These sculptures were created to demonstrate the Rule of Lawtwo justices who are telling about the Rule of Law to four kidssituated outside of the Learning Center in the Courthouse so children of all ages will be exposed to them, and they can climb on them and become a part of the installation. Once they go insideperhaps they will have a greater understanding of what goes on inside that beautiful building.

This post shows a collection of five (column saints). There are a total of ten to be discovered in . They are the work of artist Christoph Pggeler (). He wants his work to focus on the individual, which is why he used people from everyday life as models. The first ones were erected in 2001 and I hope there are more to come.
I really like them.
