A rather beautiful lichen-covered owl sculpture on a gravestone in the New Kilpatrick Cemetery in Bearsden on outskirts of Glasgow.
That morning I caught some really warm sun rays at Prasat Kravan.
This five tower temple was built at the same time as the pyramid at Koh Ker, and gives a glimpse into the earliest city and capital sites of the Khmer Empire.

That was a fun trip to California! The raspberry pink is my favorite and these both have it. Xenon is fun, but gosh the brightness of the Hg really fills a room.

For , here is a pair of delicate, white, marble hands, bought to you by the genius of Rodin. I saw them somewhere in the Muse Rodin, in Paris, but I can't remember the name of the piece.
Medieval Masons at Work. Easily overlooked, this beautiful little sculpture can be found on Royal Bank Place between Buchanan Street and Royal Exchange Square in central Glasgow. It was commissioned by the Incorporation of Masons of Glasgow in 1998.
Ill Eye, Ill Tongue (2012)
Created in response to the 400-year anniversary of the Lancashire Witch Trials, this piece incorporates ideas of religious syncretism and apotropaic magic, taking influence from witch bottles said to protect a person or place. The written elements are taken from six religious texts. The bottles contain hair, fingernails, bent iron pins and white wine.

(1907-1995) was a local journalist, author, and historian. She frequently wrote articles featuring local immigrant families, and her stories resulted in a nearby pool becoming racially integrated. Her work to save a historic building founded the .
Her bench is very inviting. Pedestrians often stop to rest or take a selfie with Genevieve. She sits outside of a bookstore, at the corner of Washington St and Chicago Ave in .
Genevieve's has been here many years, but Naperville is known for its wide variety of displays, which are changed out frequently. The artist is Pamela Carpenter of nearby Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
