I just put it up on the wall for the first time which is always great moment!

The 50 year old Bradley Exhibit has all my favorite hits, and this new-to-me one by Alberto Gacometti
Since Ive been doing so much figurative work, seeing a full portrait of the artists wife in bronze was super cool.

The sculpture was designed by Jack Sloan and was installed in 1995 along with a number of similar figures representing different people connected to the history of the Provand's Lordship and the surrounding area, including Bishop Muirhead, Mary Queen of Scots, Robert Foulis and Joan Eardley.

A sculpture of William Bryson, looking rather like a New Romantic, on the railings around the St Nicholas Gardens behind the Provand's Lordship in Glasgow. Glasgow's oldest house, the Provand's Lordship was built in 1471 by Andrew Muirhead, the then Bishop of Glasgow. By the 1670s, it was owned by William Bryson, a wealthy tailor and cloth merchant, who added a western extension, and whose initials can still be seen on the sundial mounted on it.
