Miche-Ange a creus l'espace entre le bras droit et le torse en lieu et place de cette brche.
L'uvre reprsente David et sa fronde avant son combat contre le gant Goliath.

tonnement du soir : les sculptures en sucre ralises pour le banquet offert par Francesco Ratta en 1693 Bologne.
Les sculpteurs qui ont travaill ces sculptures sont G. Mazza, S. Sarti et G. B. Zaccarini. Les salles du banquet taient dcores de faon somptueuse : tentures auxquelles sont accrochs de nombreux petits miroirs, centre de table impressionnant et, donc, sculptures en sucre de grandes dimensions (1m de haut environ).
